-Recipe: Lemon, Ginger, and Turmeric Immunity Elixir Ingredients:

1 large lemon

2-inch piece of fresh ginger

1 teaspoon turmeric powder (or 1-inch piece fresh turmeric)

1-2 tablespoons honey (optional)

4 cups water

-Instructions:

Prepare Ingredients:

Wash and slice lemon thinly.

Peel and grate ginger and turmeric (if using fresh).

Simmer:

Boil water in a saucepan.

Add lemon slices, grated ginger, and turmeric.

Simmer for 10-15 minutes to infuse flavors.

Strain and Sweeten:

Remove from heat, strain, and discard solids.
